In August 7th’s UTILITY DIVE, published an opinion piece by Colorado State Senator Chris Hansen (D), and WGG’s Doug Howe. The OpEd was in response to a July 27th Utility Dive article on the subject of “emergent markets”. Hansen and Howe make a case for why a Western RTO offers significantly more benefits than considering EIM + EDAM as an endpoint solution.
