Agenda for May 13, 2011 WCEA Meeting. Reminder: WCEA meets monthly by web and phone on the 2nd Friday of each month, at 1:00 PM Pacific/2:00 PM Mountain.
On May 13, we will review the revised Strategic Plan and clarify the role of the Coalition in relation to the work of member organizations. We will also clarify expectations of potential members, and agree on a strategy for adding constituencies and members. The meeting will include an explanation of the proposed west-wide Energy Imbalance Market, currently being evaluated by the WECC and its importance for consumers and environmental and clean energy goals. As previously agreed, the meeting will also include an update on transmission issues, including WECC’s RTEP transmission planning process.
